Un salé-sucré facile à exécuter et à servir comme bon vous semblera. En plus c'est cru pour les crudivores !
Vegan pour les vegans et tutti quanti de mangeux flyés !
Et ça va comme suit.
Pour une tasse de sauce:
- 8 dattes fraiches sans le noyeau bien sur
- Le jus d'une lime
- 2 c. à soupe de Tamari ou de sauce Soya
- 1 tasse d'huile d'olive
- 1 c. à soupe de vinaigre balsamique (pas si crudivore, s'en tenir à la lime)
Passez moi tout ça dans un mixeur à haute vitesse, le magic-bullet fait des merveilles, histoire que ce soit le plus lisse possible et vous avez droit à un joyeux "life saver" en cas de panne d'inspiration !
